The main sectors which DFM deals with range from AeroSpace to top of the line motorcycling, to the world of electromechanics, High Speed and to other industrial sectors in general.   

AeroSpace

For DFM the AeroSpace sector is strategic and of great technological value. Our production uses all the special AERO alloys, from aluminium to titanium, even forged.

The EN 9100 certification is fundamental for guaranteeing the reliability of process control and the technical quality repeatability. 

The strength of DFM is the ability to guarantee the tight tolerances and process traceability, essential aspects in the AeroSpace sector.

High Speed

For DFM the High Speed sector is strategic and offers technological high value. Our production uses all special alloys, from aluminium to titanium, also forged.

The EN 9100 certification guarantees the reliability in process control and technical quality repeatability. 

The strength of DFM is the ability to combine the reliability in the quality of the products to the use of special light alloys meeting the needs of weight reduction,  and supporting the structural innovations directed towards  increasing travelling speeds.

Motorcycles

DFM produces structural components for original equipment for which we guarantee the process repeatability. 

The strength of DFM is the ability to combine the qualitative technical management with the aesthetic needs for top line components of the main Italian and foreign motorcycling companies.

Naval

DFM produces structural components of liquid separating machines in special alloys, mainly in brass and bronze obtained from forgings and solid. 

The strength of DFM is the ability to undertake complex technical manufacturing, with very narrow geometric tolerances thus guaranteeing the use at high rotational speed in operation.

Electromechanics

For DFM it is a booming sector. We mainly produce copper components to help guarantee the best conductivity, forged and bar machining.

The strength of DFM is the ability to maintain the narrow tolerances and process traceability, to guarantee the production-line to the client.
